We are dealing with Star Wars.

you think they will have knocked some sense into each other by then and

I would like to add that the Pulsed Energy Projectile (PEP) weapon can send an entrained-plasma beam over 2 kilometers of distance to a human target. This weapons is a declassified weapon. Get a big black-light
and a magnifying glass and after a heavy spray day go outside and shine
the light and observe them moving around in the air in a Brownian-like
